Cancellation policy

To help us provide the same excellent service to all of our customers please take a moment to review our policy below: Cancellation notice: We ask that you please provide a minimum of 4 hours notice if you need to cancel or postpone your appointment. No-Show Fee: If you do not attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice, a $50 no-show fee will be invoiced to your address to cover the time and expenses incurred. Pre-Appointment Preparation: Please ensure access to the property is safe and accessible. We are happy to say hello to any friendly pets, but if your pet is on guard with strangers, we please ask you to keep them away from our sales team. Access to the property must be available, such as access codes for a gated community. Adjustments: In case of severe weather or other conditions and situations, we might contact you to reschedule.
